I find it hard to find people to go with that like the same music as me. I don’t have crazy taste, I just would like to go to a country concert or sometimes alternative ones. But that’s hard. I love music. I always have. Without music I think my life would really be empty. Ever since I was a baby I have been doing musical things. This concert was amazing! The opening act sucked well they kinda sucked. OK not sucked! but It wasn’t what I would have expected before a band like Guster. The opening act was a Big Band type of band! with a lead singer who thought he should be in a ‘scream’ band. I barely could understand a word he said, it wasn’t like oo psych me up with your awesomness for what will be coming after you, instead it was just weird. Guster on the other hand rocked the house. They were just plain awesome. They all play many instruments and really knew how to have fun.

Sometimes we think OHHH this is awesome I am going to take a picture of it. These leaves were glowing in the neon green light from a store window. I thought it looked cool, but being with out a tripod I took it hand held. I don’t think it’s that hideous, I think it turned out quite interesting!

Tonight my sister and I went to see Alix Olson. This is the second time I have seen her. She is pretty awesome. I love when I hear women speaking out about things I believe in, support, or find interesting. Alix is a spoken word artist, prior to the last time she came to Madison I had never seen a spoken word artist or even known what one was. I recommend everyone checking her or someone like her out someday! Alix spoke about how UW-Madison is at the forefront of the GLBT bullying issue. It really makes me feel good that the University closest to me is doing something soo good!
