This weekend we went to my aunt’s Bat Mitzvah. It was a wonderful event and quite a few of our Chicago relatives came, it was great to see everyone! Plus my Grandparents made it up from Florida!

Grandma’s are always special people. My grandma Gloria always makes sure she has special treats specifically for me and my sister. One of my sister’s special treats is Biscotti, which she has made for her for many years. It’s really good!

I’d share the recipe but I’m not sure if it’s a family secret or not. The basics, 1lb cranberries (cut in half), Sugar, water, Almond extract.
